How did you get started in Deals on Terms?

After the 2008 downturn, I found myself stuck with a property I couldn’t sell without coming out of packet. That’s when I started looking around for other solutions and found that I could sell for more on terms. I was so impressed with this outside the box solution, and wondered why more homeowners weren’t doing the same. I underwent specific training and eventually started a business centered around, but not limited to, deals on terms, with focus on residential and family-friendly homes.

What type of properties do you buy, and sell?

We deal primarily in good condition family-friendly homes in decent neighborhoods. Some necessary improvements can work well for those that want to either put there own stamp on a home, or want to gain their own sweat equity, or both. We love acquiring homes at fair market value that don’t sell well enough conventionally, and in turning them into a terms sale. We invest all over the country and in any market conditions.

How much do you pay for homes?

We generally pay full fair market value, even for homes that didn’t sell quickly on the conventional market. We then turn that home into a terms sale. This allows me to provide much added value to both our buyers and our sellers side of the transaction.

Do you sell conventionally?

We do sell conventionally when the specifics of a situation are best suited for a traditional Purchase & Sales. The needs of our partnered buyers and sellers are always in the forefront of all transactions.

Do you rent out?

Our mission is to help reluctant, yet deserving renters find their path to homeownership. To help home sellers achieve their goal of maximizing the profit from a home sale, and facilitating a faster, smoother and easier transaction. The hampster wheel of renting does not fit our goals and purpose.
